A view of the same bay with real water, but not very much. Just enough to support a few brine shrimp.
Another shot of the lake with water in the foreground, taken just after local rains.
The edge of  Lake Torrens, showing rock formations and salt crust jutting into a feeder creek.
Unusual rock formations on the Lake's edge, western side close to ANDAMOOKA.

The same creek but just further along, western side of the lake close to ANDAMOOKA.

An old mound spring, top of Lake Torrens. The water is from a saltwater spring, which provides habitat for the Lake Torrens HARDIE HEAD, a small variety of native fish.
One of the saltwater springs that feeds the pond. The fish feed on  the algae that is growing in this salty water.
Stromatalite plate at the fish pond, the only thing is it has been stolen. This plate would weigh over half a tonne and is sitting in someone's yard or collection. If anyone knows of it's where-abouts information would be appreciated so it can be returned to it's original spot.
Saltwater pond with algal and salt growths that feed and protect the fish.
